PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information is properly collected, stored and used under the NSW PPIP Act 1998. All payment methods are highly protected and not visible to employees meaning you can shop with ease. We collect the following information for multiple reasons including, orders, personalisation, shipping, identification, contact and communication. Cookies may be used to gather user behaviour. Information collected, stored and used includes: name, email, address, phone, location.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We do NOT issue returns or refunds if you:
- Change your mind.
- Found it cheaper elsewhere.
- Decided you do not like the product.
- Have no use for it.
- Do not follow our care guide.
- Do not clearly read our policies.
Size selections are only accepted via exchanges, no refunds will be issued in regards to size. Exchanges are only accepted for 30 days from date of purchase. All exchange shipping costs are to be covered at the buyers expense, as to why we highly encourage all customers to measure accordingly to our size charts before ordering. No orders will be refunded if the package has already been shipped out or if the customer is at fault for damages of the product received as all products are quality checked upon fulfillment.
SHIPPING POLICY
We will not be held responsible for any damages or lost items throughout the delivery process, Australia Post holds all responsibility for the condition and delivery of your package once it is out of our possession. Any damages or lost items must be reported to us immediately in order for us to make a direct report to Australia Post. All orders are individually quality checked and confirmed before being sent. We do NOT have control over delivery timeframes. FREE Shipping is only valid for orders over $200 AUD for orders within Australia, FREE shipping is not available for orders outside of Australia.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY
We do NOT have control over delivery timeframes for domestic or international orders, we estimate and ask you to allow up to 3-4 weeks for all international orders to arrive. This delivery timeframe may vary depending on Australia Post. Unfortunately we also do NOT have access to International tracking if you selected 'Standard' shipping, tracking is ONLY available for 'Tracked' shipping. This option is available at checkout whilst selecting your preferred shipping option.
DELAYS POLICY
We will not be held responsible for any delays or disruptions in regards to customs clearance into Australia, you will be notified ASAP if any delays or disruptions arise affecting your order directly but as this is out of our control, no refunds will be issued in regards to this. Thankyou for your understanding and support.
PREORDERS
All information and dispatch dates for preorder items are clearly stated and displayed in each preorder product's description. No refunds will be accepted for preorders if you have not read the product's description in regards to dispatch dates, as purchasing from us you agree and acknowledge all information provided to you and are solely responsible for reading the required preorder information BEFORE placing your preorder. This policy also coincides with our 'DELAYS POLICY'.
